成人股骨头缺血坏死的X线平片和CT诊断

Adult avascular necrosis of the X- ray and CT diagnosis

目的:探讨成人股骨头缺血坏死的X线平片和CT诊断价值。方法:收集25例股骨头缺血坏死患者的平片和CT资料,分别对股骨头全貌、骨关节面、髋关节间隙、骨小梁细小断裂及确定病灶部位、形态、范围和结构等方面进行对比分析。结果:平片在显示股骨头全貌、骨关节面、髋关节间隙方面比CT优越,而CT对显示骨小梁细小断裂及确定病灶部位、形态、范围和结构等方面等方面明显优于X线平片。结论:平片和CT结合能较准确评价成人股骨头缺血性坏死病变程度及分期,有利于选择合适的治疗方案。

Objective To investigate the effect of adult avascular necrosis of the X-ray and CT diagnosis value.Method To collect 25 cases with avascular necrosis of the femoral head in X-ray and CT data,respectively,on the whole,the femoral head bone joint,hip joint space,bone fracture and to determine the Liang Xixiao location,morphology,structure and scope of comparative analysis.Results Plain film in the femoral head picture,bone and joint,hip joint space than CT superior,and CT on the bone fracture and the determination of Liang Xixiao display location,morphology,structure and scope and is superior to X-ray plain film.Conclusion X-ray and CT can accurately evaluate the combination of adult avascular necrosis of the femoral head lesions and staging,beneficial to the choice of the appropriate therapy.
