脑血管病相关性运动障碍的认识现状 被引量：6

摘要 脑血管病可发生于全脑各部位,临床表现有锥体束受累的运动功能障碍,也可有锥体外系受累的异常不随意运动,可见于卒中各病程阶段,甚至类似短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）表现为短暂性发作[1-4],或类似锥体外系疾患表现为运动增多（如舞蹈/投掷症、手足徐动症等）和运动减少（如帕金森综合征）等类型.这些相关运动障碍表现不仅对脑血管病的临床识别、治疗有一定指导性,而且有助于定位诊断和病因分析[1].
