摘要
本文利用LiNbO_3:Fe晶体中的四波混频完成了矩阵-矢量和矩阵-矩阵乘法运算。代表矩阵元素的光点强度小于10OμW/mm^2,响应时间为秒的量级。文中还讨论了两个影响运算精度的光折变效应。
We have studied the matrix-vector and matrix-matrix multiplication using four-wave mixing in LiNbO3:Fe crystal. The response time of the device is in the order of a few seconds. The intensities representing the elements of matrices can be lower than 100μW/mm2. 'We have also discussed two photorefraotive effects that affect the accuracy of multiplication.
