血管基质成分提升面部脂肪移植存活率的临床观察

Clinical observation of improving the survival rate of transplantation of autologous fat granules with vascular matrix components

目的：探讨间质血管基质成分（stromal vascular fraction,SVF）在颜面部微整形中的应用,降低移植的脂肪颗粒被吸收率.方法：笔者选择24例进行面部精雕脂肪填充的患者,于下腹部采用肿胀吸脂术获得自体颗粒脂肪,通过静置,纯化后,加自身血管基质细胞.混合液采用多点、多层、多部位的注射方法,精雕塑型颜面部.结果：术后随访12～24个月,22例效果满意,面部两侧基本达到对称,脂肪颗粒基本上没有被吸收,不必进行第二次脂肪填充手术.而46例对照组单纯进行脂肪填充的患者均有不同程度的脂肪被吸收,其中有34例需要进行第二次脂肪填充.结论：血管基质细胞可以提高自体颗粒脂肪的存活率,面部脂肪填充可以一次成形,减少手术次数.

Objective To investigate the mesenchymal stromal vascular cells （stromal vascular fraction,SVF） in the application of transplantation of autologous fat granules on facial filling process,reduce the fat granule transplantation is absorbed.Methods We selected 24 cases of patients with facial carved fat filling,in the lower abdomen with tumescent liposuction technique for autologous fat granule,the static,purification,and stromal vascular cells.Mixed solution by multi point,multi injection method,multiple sites,carved shaping facial.Results 12～24 months followed up,22 of 24 cases,the postoperative effect were satisfaction,fat particles basically was not be absorbed,not second fat filling operation.On both sides was the face basically symmetrical,with satisfactory effect.While the previous 46 cases of fat filled patients have different degree of fat absorption,34 patients required second fat filling.Conclusion Vascular stromal cells can improve the survival rate of autologous fat granules,facial fat filling can be formed in one time,not second times operation.
