摘要
目的:观察表面麻醉下微波治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法:将396例患者分为外用麻药组(观察组)和无镇痛组(对照组),微波治疗后,比较两组疼痛积分及微波治疗效果。结果:观察组疼痛积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组微波治疗扁平疣的一次治愈率为98.48%,优于对照组的52.63%。结论:表面麻醉下微波治疗扁平疣是一种简便、有效、安全的方法。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of microwave cure flat wart in topical anesthesia.Methods 396 patients were divided into topical anesthetic group and no analgesia group,After microwave treatment,Comparison of the pain scores and effect of microwave treatment of flat wart.Results The pain of topical anesthetic group was significantly lower than the control group （P＜0.05）; The once cure rate of the observation group was 98.46,It was superior to 52.63％of the control group.Conclusion Microwave cure flat wart in topical anesthesia is a new good method,It makes curing of flat wart fast and comfortable,simple and effective.
