窦道型慢性根尖周病激光治疗与传统方法的对比研究

Comparative study on the Er:YAG/Nd:YAG laser and routine in the treatment of sinus chronic apical periodontitis

目的:观察Er:YAG/Nd:YAG激光应用于恒牙窦道型慢性根尖周病治疗的术后反应及疗效。方法:应用Er:YAG激光行根管荡洗,Nd:YAG激光根管消毒处理,对43例恒牙窦道型慢性根尖周病进行治疗术后48h反应及12个月疗效观察。并与41例常规多次法对照。结果:应用Er:YAG/Nd:YAG激光行根管辅助治疗较传统治疗方法能有效提高治疗效果,缩短疗程。结论:Er:YAG/Nd:YAG激光辅助根管治疗消除症状快,效果确切,复诊次数少,操作简便,无明显副作用,值得推广。

Objective The application of the clinical postoperative effect and prostecdtive efficacy of sinus chronic apical periodontitis treated with Er∶YAG/Nd∶YAG laser.Methods 43 cases of sinus chronic apical periodontitis were drifted with Er∶YAG laser and disinfected with Nd∶YAG laser after root canal preparation.Comparing with 41 cases with routine root canal therapy,the 48h prospective effect and 12 months prostecdtive efficacy were recorded.Results The effectiveness of root canal therapy compared with routine root canal therapy can be significantly improved by applying the Er∶ YAG/Nd∶YAG laser.Conclusion By applying the Er∶YAG/Nd∶YAG baser in root canal therapy,the operations can get better therapeutic effect,return visit can be reduced,and the prospective efficacy is affirmative.
