摘要
某已使用了17年的三层钢筋混凝土框架结构车库要求在屋顶增建一层作为羽毛球运动场和舞厅。首先根据原结构条件和使用功能要求,选定了增加层的结构形式。然后对原结构进行耐久性和安全性测验,不满足要求的构件进行补强,随后采用广厦结构设计软件对加层后的结构进行了承载力复核,考虑新旧设计规范问的差异,认为应按现行规范进行复核和加固补强,最终确认该结构加层是可行的,但部分构件因承载力不足而需要加固。随后对原结构构件进行了加固设计,给出了加固的施工步骤,还对新旧构件的节点连接方式进行了设计。本工程可为今后类似工程提供借鉴。
A 17 years serving age, three-storey reinforced concrete frame structures garage requires adding a new storey upon the roof as badminton playground and ballroom. First, according to the structural conditions of original building and the new usage function requirements, the structure type of new storey is selected. Then the original structure durability and safety tests, the member does not meet the requirements for reinforcement, followed by considering the differences between the new design code and the old one, bearing capacity of the original structure after adding storey is checked with GUANGSHA design software, based on the new design code, to confirm the feasibility of add- ing storey and find out the components that need strengthening due to lack of bearing capacity. So, strengthening schemes are designed and its construction processes is proposed, and the connections between the new and original components are also designed. This project can provide a reference for future similar projects.
