摘要
在集中代建制多项目进度安排中,尽可能利用流程优化的原理,合理安排实施程序,在人力有限的情况下能够有条不紊地展开工作,并能有效缩短总的建设工期的同时也能够大幅度降低管理成本,这对提高代建机构的工作效率有着非常重要的意义。
In Multi-project scheduling of centralized agent-construction system, process optimization principle should be fully used to reasonably arrange operational procedures and systematically carry on the work under the circumstance of human limited. Not only can it effectively shorten general construction duration, but also dramatically reduce management costs. It has very important significance for improving working efficiency of agent-construction organization.
