2013年非酒精性脂肪性肝病新进展 被引量:12

Progress in the study of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease: insightsfirom research in 2013

摘要 近年来,非酒精性脂肪性肝病(nonalcoholicfattyfiverdisease,NAFLD)逐渐替代了病毒性肝炎,成为欧美发达国家最主要的肝病。据预测,仅需10年左右的时间,NAFLD将有可能成为终末期肝病和肝移植的首要病因。NAFLD不仅通过非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(nonalcoholicstcatohepatitis,NASH)进展至纤维化和肝硬化,增加了肝病相关的死亡率,更重要的是作为代谢综合征的组分,显著增加了动脉粥样硬化和心血管疾病的死亡率[1]以及2型糖尿病的发病率[2]。
