冰冻切片在舌癌根治术中的临床诊断价值

The clinical value of frozen section examination in the radical operation of tongue cancer

目的:探讨冰冻切片在舌部鳞状细胞癌根治术中的诊断作用。方法:对67例舌部鳞状细胞癌患者,术中行冰冻切片病理检查指导术者对肿瘤边界的确定,术后对所有患者进行随访,并分析冰冻切片的病理结果和肿瘤复发情况。结果:术中冰冻切片边界阳性者13例,术后3年内复发6例,复发率46.2%,边界阴性者54例,术后3年内复发15例,复发率27.8%。结论:冰冻切片在舌癌根治术中有利于术中确定手术范围,对降低术后复发率有很重要的作用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical value of frozen section examination in the radical operation of tongue cancer. Method： 67 patients were diagnosed squamous cell carcinoma by biopsy, and frozen section examination was done in operations of all patients to decide surgical margins. We analysed the results of frozen section examination and followed up the recurrence. Result： 13 patients＇surgical margins were inadequate. Among 11 eases, 6 patients were recurrented during 3 years postoperation. Anther 54 patients＇esults of frozen section examination of surgical margins were negative, among who 15 patients re-emerged during postoperative 3 years. Conclusion： Frozen section examination of tongue cancer is advantageous to detect surgical margin. It is effective to reduce the recurrence rate.
