中心静脉狭窄或闭塞与透析用中心静脉置管的关系 被引量：15

摘要 中心静脉狭窄或闭塞是血液透析患者动静脉内瘘术后常见的并发症，表现为上肢肢体和（或）胸壁及颈面部肿胀，内瘘穿刺困难，指端缺血、破溃，该种病变称为肿胀手综合征。以往研究提示其发生多与中心静脉置管所致中心静脉病变有关，但临床上无置管史的患者也会出现肿胀手综合征。进一步分析该种疾病的特征及其与中心静脉置管的关系，有助于为临床诊治提供参考。
