摘要
以免疫力低下的小鼠为研究对象,研究水苏糖-植物乳杆菌合生元对小鼠的单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能,绵羊红细胞所致小鼠迟发型超敏反应(DTH),血清溶血素(HC),免疫器官指数(脾脏、胸腺),血清中IL-10、IL-12、IgG及TNF-α水平等免疫指标的影响。试验结果表明,合生元能显著提高小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能,增强迟发型超敏反应,显著增加脾脏和胸腺指数和血清中IL-10、TNF-α、IgG的含量,对血清中IL-12含量没有显著影响。水苏糖-植物乳杆菌合生元能显著改善免疫力低下小鼠的特异性细胞免疫、体液免疫和非特异性免疫功能,提高血清中部分免疫因子水平,增强免疫力低下小鼠的免疫功能。
As the object of study in immunosuppressed mice, the effects of Stachyos-Lactobacillus Plantarum synbi-otics on phagocytotic functions of mononuclear macrophage, routine delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) caused by sheep red blood cells (SRBC), the index of immune organs (thymus and spleen) and IL-10, 1L-12, IgG and TNF-α content effect in serum were tested. The results show that synbiotics could promote the phagocytotic functions of mononuclear maerophage, DTH, the ability of antibody production, the index of immune organs and increase the levels of serum IL-10, IL-12, IgG and TNF-α except for IL-12. Conclusion:Stachyose-Lactobacillus Plantarum Synbiotics can remarkably improve immune function in immunosuppressed mice such as cellular immunity, humoral immunity and non-specific im- munity, and raise the level of some immune factors in serum.
