老年患者的根管治疗疼痛程度与应对方式的研究

The Research on Pain Degree of Gerontal patients Receiving Root Canal Treatment and the Coping Styles

目的:探讨老年人的应对方式与根管治疗疼痛程度的相关性。方法:采用应对方式问卷和视觉模拟量表测定115位老年患者的应对方式及根管治疗疼痛指数,并进行相关分析。受试对象为60-75岁老年人,男性55人,女性60人。结果:解决问题、求助因子与疼痛指数负相关,自责、退避、幻想因子与疼痛指数正相关。成熟型、不成熟型应对方式分别与疼痛指数呈负相关、正相关。自责、幻想、解决问题因子进入回归模型。结论:对老年患者进行心理护理,指导他们以积极的态度应对治疗,可以一定程度上减轻对疼痛的畏惧,提高早期就诊率、诊治质量和工作效率,为根管治疗的顺利进行提供保障措施,得到令人满意的治疗效果。

Objective： To discuss the correlation between coping styles and pain degree of root canal treatment for the elderly patients. Methods： 115 elderly patients was evaluated by coping style questionnaire and root canal pain index was measured by visual analogue scale, VAS. The subjects were the elderly patients aged 60-75, with 55 males and 60 females. Results： Solving problems, and helping factors were negatively correlated with the pain index, self-blame, avoidance, fantasy factors were positively correlated with pain scores. Mature and immature coping styles respectively showed a negative correlation , positive correlation with pain index. Remorse, fantasy and solving problems factors got into the regression model. Conclusion： Psychological care for the elderly patients and guiding them to face the treatment with a positive attitude, to some extent could alleviate the fear of pain and improve the rate of early treatment, diagnosis quality and efficiency, so as to provide safeguard for the smooth of root canal treatment and get a satisfactory therapeutic effect.
