老年患者口腔颌面部肿瘤术后应激反应期的营养支持研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的:对老年口腔颌面部肿瘤术后患者应激反应期的营养支持情况进行探讨和分析。方法:回顾并分析解放军总医院口腔在2011年1月到2013年4月期间收治的口腔颌面部肿瘤患者临床资料并将之随机分成对照组(100例)与治疗组(100例)。对照组:在患者手术之后,给患者进行常规的饮食护理。治疗组:在常规饮食护理的基础上,给患者进行必要的营养支持。对两组患者的各项指标进行比较和分析。结果:对比两组患者的血常规、清蛋白、血浆总蛋白等指标,治疗组较对照组明显,差异显著,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在患者手术之后,给患者必要的营养支持,能够有效地增强患者的抵抗力,防止和避免患者在手术后发生一些不良应激反应情况,同时还及时改善了患者的营养状况,对患者的康复具有非常重要的意义。 Objective: To investigate and analyze nutritional support of stress reaction period after elderly patients' operation on oromaxillo-facial tumor. Methods: The clinical data of the patients with oromaxillo-facial tumor from January 2011 to April 2013 in our hospital were reviewed and analyzed, and patients were randomly divided into control group (100 cases) and treatment group (100 cases). After the operation, the patients in control group were treated with routine diet. Patients in treatment group were based on the routine diet of control group, and were given necessary nutritional support. The indicators on the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results: Compared blood, albumin, total plasma protein and other indicators of patients in two groups, indicators in the treatment group were better than those in control group with statistical significances (P〈0.05). Conclusion: After operation, essential nutrients support not only could effectively enhance the patient's resistance, prevent and avoid the occurrence of adverse stress responses in some patients after the operation, but also improve the nutritional status of the patients, which was proved to be important for the rehabilitation of the patients.
