美国政党复兴论及其质疑探析

摘要 美国政党出现复兴趋势的观点是美国学者针对20世纪80年代以来美国两大政党的组织和功能增强的现象提出来的。从"选民中的政党"、"政党组织"和"政府中的政党"三个向度,对美国"政党复兴"概念的提出、基本依据、研究的相关特征以及受到的质疑进行探析,从而更加清晰地判断美国政党变迁的发展过程,能够为研究西方政党政治提供一个新的视角。美国政党短期内出现复兴,但长期衰落的趋势仍然存在。
