肾球旁细胞瘤临床病理分析

目的研究肾球旁细胞瘤的临床病理学特点和免疫表型。方法对1例确诊的肾球旁细胞瘤进行分析,并结合文献讨论。结果本例有高血压及低血钾临床症状。肿瘤位于肾皮质,瘤组织实性片状分布,细胞圆形、小多边形,大小较一致。免疫表型:瘤细胞强阳性表达Viment、CD 34,Actin、calponin、SMA部分阳性,HMB 45阴性。结论肾球旁细胞瘤的诊断需结合临床症状及病理组织学结构、免疫表型,并排除易混淆肿瘤。确诊需电镜检测胞质内肾素颗粒。

Objective The juxtaglomerular cell tumor clinicopathological features and immune phenotype are studied. Methods A case diagnosed juxtaglomerular cell tumor is analyzed and discussed with literature. Results This patient have clinical symptoms of hypertension and hypokalemia. Tumor is in the renal cortex, and lfaky solid tumor tissue is distribution, cell round, small polygons, more uniform size. Phenotype：tumor cells strongly expressed Viment, CD 34, Actin, calponin, SMA part positive, HMB 45 negative. Conclusion Juxtaglomerular cell tumour diagnosis requires a combination of clinical symptoms and pathological histology, immunophenotype, and eliminate confusing tumors. Diagnosis is conifrmed by electron microscopy renin granules within the cytoplasm.
