托烷司琼联合地塞米松预防肺癌化疗急性呕吐的效果观察

目的探讨盐酸托烷司琼联合地塞米松用于预防肺癌化疗急性呕吐的临床应用价值。方法将78例肺癌化疗患者随机分为试验组(41例)和对照组(37例),分别给予不同药物以预防化疗后急性呕吐,其中试验组给予盐酸托烷司琼联合地塞米松的预防方案,对照组给予单纯盐酸托烷司琼预防,对两组患者化疗后止吐效果进行综合比较。结果试验组止吐有效率为82.93%,明显高于对照组62.16%(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(试验组:31.71%;对照组:29.73%)。结论盐酸托烷司琼联合地塞米松用于预防肺癌化疗后急性呕吐效果显著。

Objective To investigate preventive value of tropisetron hydrochloride combination with dexamethasone to clinical acute vomiting in lung cancer chemotherapy. Methods Totally 78 cases of lung cancer were randomly divided into experimental group （41 cases） and control group （37 cases） ,they were treated with different drugs to prevent acute vomiting after Chemotherapy, in which the test group were given hydrochloric tropane granisetron plus dexamethasone for prevention programs, the control group was only given tropisetron hydrochloride for prevention, make a comprehensive comparison to the effect of antiemetic after chemotherapy. Results Antiemetic effective rate was 82.93% in the experimental group, significantly higher than the control group 62.16% （P 〈0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions is no significant difference in two groups patientswas （experimental group：31.71% ;control group：29.73%）. Conclusion Effect is remarkable for tropisetron hydrochloride plus dexamethasone in the prevention of acute vomiting after cancer chemotherapy.
