桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的手术治疗30例观察研究

Observational study of operative treatment for 30 cases of the radial styloid process narrow tenosynovitis stenosing tenosynovitis of radial styloid

目的:使用不同治疗方法治疗桡骨狭窄性腱鞘炎,通过数据对比分析,探讨手术方法对桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的疗效。方法:随机选取广西中医一附院骨科2011年1月至12月收治的桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者120例,平均分为4组,分别给予针灸、封闭、针刀、手术疗法,并在1年后随访,观察愈后疗效。结果:手术组治愈29例,好转1例,未愈0例,复发0例,效果优于其他组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:手术治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎具有治疗彻底、复发率低的特点,适用于顽固性桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者。

Objective：To explore the surgical methods by comparative analysis of the efficacy of stenosing tenosynovitis radial styloid. Methods：Randomly selected orthopedic wich was made definite diagnosis by our hospital,Select the stenosing tenosynovitis radial. styloid patients 120cases,and divided into four groups, gave the method of acupuncture,drug blocking,needle knife, surgical therapy respectivly, after 1-year later, we get follow-up observation after standardize therapy. Results：The results of the surgery group has 19 cases were cured, 1 case was improved,0 case was healed, 0 case was recurrenced, the effect of surgery is better than other groups, the difference between groups was statistically significant （p＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion：Surgical treatment for radial styloid stenosing tenosynovitis, have the characteristics of low recurrence rate, is applicable to patients with refractory stenosing tenosynovitis of radial styloid.
