摘要 我国铁路危险货物罐式集装箱运输目前处于起步阶段,采用科学合理的风险评价方法评估风险程度,对铁路安全运输有积极意义。综合分析罐式集装箱专运线的运输现状,采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价方法建立风险性评价模型,进行风险等级评价,最后用实例验证该种方法的合理性,并提出降低铁路危货罐式集装箱运输风险性的相关建议。 Railway container transport of dangerous goods scientific and reasonable risk assessment method to assess tanks in China is still in its infancy. Using the its risk level has a positive significance. Based on the analysis of rail container transport, establishing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model by making use of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, proving its feasibility via an example of rail container transport, and some advice on reducing the risk level of rail container transport are added.
