摘要
为缓解患者长时间使用透射式无创血氧饱和度监测仪带来的痛苦,提出采用反射式光电传感器进行脉搏血氧监测方法。利用LabVIEW软件强大的数据处理功能,结合NI USB-6353DAQ数据采集器,可快速实现系统的搭建。对10名患者进行脉率与血氧饱和度的监护测试实验,并与临床用血氧饱和度监测仪测量的数据对比,两者测量的血氧饱和度平均误差为0.2%,测量的脉率平均误差为0.8time/min。结果表明,本文设计与临床用血氧饱和度监测仪具有良好的一致性,能够进行脉率与血氧饱和度的测量,可以成为现有生理参数监测方法的一种补充。
In order to alleviate patients pain for the long time using transmission type non-invasive pulse and blood oxygen saturation monitor,a pulse and blood oxygen saturation monitoring method is proposed by using the reflection type photoelectric sensor. Using LabVIEW software with strong function of data processing, combined with the NI USB-6353 DAQ the data acquisition system can be built rapidly. Moni- toring test of pulse rate and oxygen saturation in 10 patients,and compared with the data of monitor and prototype, the oxygen saturation measured average error is 0.2 %0, and the average error of measurement of pulse rate is 0. 8 time/min. The results show that the design and clinical use of the blood oxygen satu ration monitor have good consistency, so this method can measure the pulse rate and blood oxygen satu- ration, can be a supplement to the existing physiological parameter monitoring method.
