基于LabVIEW的矿用输送带纵向撕裂视觉监控系统

摘要 设计一款基于LabVIEW与PLC的矿用输送带纵向撕裂视觉监控系统,用以对矿用输送带进行监测与控制。以LabVIEW软件为设计基础,PC与CCD相机、PLC共同构成监控系统。CCD相机用于采集矿用输送带的图像信息,LabVIEW将采集的图像动态存储,并进行图像分析处理,一旦识别到产生纵向撕裂,LabVIEW向PLC发出控制命令,同时将处理后的撕裂信号保存,PLC控制输送带机停机并发出声光报警信号通知工作人员。源图像的保存与处理后撕裂图像的保存可为后期对输送带的处理提供便利,节约工程人员维护时间。本系统各部分协同工作情况优良,检测精确准确可靠,应用于现场测试效果令人满意。
