如何规范应用导管溶栓术治疗动脉闭塞性疾病 被引量:9

How to Standardize the Application of Catheter-directed Thrombolysis in Treatment of Arterial Occlusive Disease

摘要 应用灌注导管实施的动脉溶栓术——导管接触性溶栓术(catheter-directed thrombolysis,CDT)因具有药物作用直接、用药量少、全身不良反应少及手术创伤小等优点,目前已成为合并血栓形成的动脉闭塞性疾病的有效治疗方法之一。而如何规范应用CDT对达到其有效性及安全性至关重要。对此临床医师应明确掌握CDT治疗动脉闭塞性疾病的适应证及禁忌证、CDT的技术要点、术后并发症的种类及防治措施,以使患者获得最大收益。 Depending on its special advantages such as direct effect of medications, low dose, fewer systemic adverse effects and traumas, catheter-directed thrombolysis (CDT) has become one of the effective treatments for arterial occlusive disease. Standardized application of CDT is vital to ensure its efficacy and safety. Therefore, clinical physicians should master the indications, contraindications, technical points of CDT, postoperative complications and corresponding control measures so as to maximatily apply the optimal treatment for patients.
