从中外历史发展的源流来看,学术期刊应该是科学领域中的专门问题经过研究后,发表研究成果的定期或不定期连续出版物;近年来,"学术期刊"被人为的冠以"CSSCI来源期刊"、"核心期刊"等形式化的外在光环,引发了学术期刊的一片"乱象";要实现学术期刊的名至实归,需要从七个方面让学术期刊回归本位。

According to the origins of the historical development of China and foreign countries, academic journals should be periodical or non - periodical publications that publish the research results of some special issues in the scientific field after certain researches. However, in recent years, academic journals were deliberately entitled ＂CSSCI source journals＂, ＂core journal＂ or were rewarded with other halos, which led to the irregularities of academic journals. Thus, to realize the union of nature and name, academic journals should be brought back to the normal state in the following 7 aspects.
