添加瘤胃微生物制剂对白羽肉鸡免疫机能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】研究基础日粮中添加瘤胃微生物制剂替代饲用抗生素对白羽肉鸡免疫器官指数和肠黏膜免疫机能的影响。【方法】选取1 d白羽肉鸡70只,随机分成两组,每组35只,对照组在基础日粮中添加0.03%那西肽+0.025%硫酸粘杆菌素预混剂;试验组在基础日粮中添加0.5%的瘤胃微生物制剂,进行41 d的饲养试验。分别于5、7、10、14、21、41 d选取试验鸡称重,翅静脉采血,颈部放血屠宰,摘取胸腺、脾脏、法氏囊进行称重,用于计算免疫器官指数,剥离十二指肠、空肠、回肠,用于测定小肠黏膜蛋白质中溶菌酶含量、十二指肠黏膜蛋白质中分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)的含量。【结果】日粮中添加瘤胃微生物制剂与添加抗生素比较,试验组的法氏囊指数与抗生素组相比有显著提高外(P<0.05),其它免疫器官指标与抗生素组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。肠黏膜蛋白质中溶菌酶的含量,除了21 d空肠试验组与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),其它各日龄抗生素组相比显著性不差异(P>0.05),但试验验组都略低抗生素组,且随着肉鸡日龄的增加各肠段溶菌酶含量呈减小趋势。十二指肠黏膜蛋白质中SIgA含量随着肉鸡日龄的增加呈减小趋势,各日龄与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】从免疫器官重、免疫器官指数、溶菌酶含量等指标综合来看,白羽肉鸡基础日粮中添加瘤胃微生物制剂能够改善其免疫器官指数及肠黏膜免疫功能。 [Objective] The experiment was conducted to study the effects of rumen microbial agents replacing antibiotics in diet on performance,slaughter performance of AA broiler.[Method] Seventy one-day -old AA broilers were randomized into one control groups and one trial groups,35 chickens per replicate.The control group was fed with diet supplemented with antibiotics (0.03% Nosiheptide + 0.025% Colistin sulfate premix).Trial control group was fed with basal diet supplemented with 0.5% of the rumen microbial agents,the 41d of feeding tests.[Result] Diets supplemented with rumen microbial agents compared with antibiotics,the test group,antibiotic group compared with the basal index was significantly increased outside (P < 0.05),other indicators of immune organs compared with the antibiotic was no significantly different (P >0.05).Intestinal mucosa protein content of lysozyme,in addition to 21-day experimental group and control group,the jejunum was significantly different (P <0.01),other antibiotics each age group showed no significant difference (P > 0.05),but test in the experimental group was lower than that in the antibiotics group.With increasing age of the chicken,lysozyme content in intestines showed a decreasing trend.SIgA duodenal mucosa protein content showed decreasing trend with the increased age of broilers.And the difference in each group was not significant (P > O.05).[Conclusion] From the immune organ weight,immune organ index,lysozyme content and other indicators of AA broiler.the results indicated that addition of rumen microbial preparations into the diet of AA broiler could improve immune organ index and intestinal mucosal immune function.
