肝炎患者血清PCⅢ的检测在临床上的应用

Clinical applicatinn of serum PCⅢ detection among hepatitis sufferers

目的研究血清Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)对肝纤维化的诊断价值。方法采用放免法测定100例各种肝炎患者及120例健康者血清PCⅢ水平,比较各组病毒性肝炎之间及健康献血者血清PCⅢ差异。结果血清PCⅢ水平在慢性肝炎(中度)患者明显升高,以慢性肝炎(重度)、肝硬化者为最高,3组患者与其他组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其升高程度与肝纤维化及肝病严重程度呈正相关。结论动态测定血清PCⅢ水平,可作为反映慢性肝病肝纤维化严重程度和预后的指标,对于肝炎的诊断有着重要意义。

Objective To study the diagnostic value of serum PC IH for hepatic fibrosis.Methods Radioimmunoassay（RIA） was used to detect the level of PCIII in the serum of 100 patients with various hepatitis and 120 healthy people, and compared the different level of PC III in their serum.Results The PC m level in the serum of patients with medium chronic hepatitis obviously went up ,and those of severe chronic hepatitis and hepatic cirrhosis were the highest.Differences between these three groups and other groups were of statistical signifi- cance（P〈0.05）.The increased degree of serum PC III was positively related to the degree of hepatic fibrosis and severity of liver diseases. Conclusion Dynamic measurement of PCIII level in serum can reflect the fibrosis degree of chronic liver disease and it is significant in the diagnosis of hepatitis.
