摘要
分析了高校图书馆数字资源的准公共物品特性、信息不对称特性、需求替代特性和商品特性。针对数字资源利用率低的现状,提出了建立资源宣传经费账户,成立数字资源宣传部,建立数字资源宣传考核和激励机制,运用市场营销理念进行数字资源宣传的一系列优化措施,以提高数字资源的利用率,促进数字资源建设的可持续发展。
Some economics characters of digital resources in University Library were analyzed, such as quasi-public goods, in- formation asymmetry, demand substitution and commodity. According to the situation of low utilization rate, some optimization measures of setting up resource propaganda budget account, establishing propaganda Department, building evaluation and incentive mechanisms, using marketing idea to propaganda digital resources were proposed, which can improve the utilization rate of digital resources, promote digital resources sustainable development.
