摘要
高校图书馆信息服务作为提供信息和信息产品的源头之一,应该适应来自于信息用户的需求,不断完善自身服务从而创造出更多的对于其自身、学校和社会的价值。以湘南学院图书馆为研究对象,从高校图书馆的信息用户的类型及用户信息需求特点的角度对湘南学院图书馆信息服务存在的问题进行分析,并提出了相应的解决措施。
Information service of university library, as one of the source that could provide information or information products, should satisfy the need of information users so that it can be improved continuously to create more value for itself, the university and the society. In this paper, the existed problems of information service in library of Xiangnan university are analyzed from the angles of the types of University Library's information users and the characteristics information-demands, and proposed appropriate remedial measures.
