摘要 植物螯合肽(PCs)是重金属螯合肽,对高等植物、真菌、微藻中有毒重金属的解毒起着重要作用。介绍了PCs生物合成和功能的最新研究进展。 Phytochelatins(PCs) are heavy metal-bingding peptides that play important roles in the detoxification of toxic heavy metals in higher plants, fungi, and microalgae. In this review, introduced the recent advances of the molecular mechanisms for PCs biosynthesis and functions.
