赤霉素处理对凤凰水蜜桃保鲜效果的研究

Effect of Gibberellin(GA_3) on Preservation Quality of Fenghuang Honey Peach

以‘白花’凤凰水蜜桃为供试材料,研究了常温0.3,0.6,0.9 g·L-1赤霉素溶液喷洒处理对水蜜桃采后的生理指标及保鲜效果的影响。结果表明,赤霉素喷洒处理后各项指标均优于对照组,其中在好果率、呼吸速率、相对电导率、可溶性固形物含量、硬度等指标上呈现显著差异正效应,在失重率、丙二醛含量和多酚氧化酶等指标上呈现一般正效应,3个处理组中以0.6 g·L-1效果最佳。

In this experiment the peaches was picked from Zhangjiagang city as materials to research the postharvest physical signs and preservation effect of GA3 treatment. The results showed that there were positive effect on sound fruit rate, respiratory rate, relative conductivity, TSS and firmness. However, there were no obvious effect on weight loss, MDA and PPO. The 0.6 g. L-l treatment was the most effective one.
