低氧相关microRNA-210在实体肿瘤研究中的进展 被引量:2

摘要 目前,肿瘤相关疾病是人类死亡的首要原因[1],严重影响人类生命健康,因此,深入探讨其发病机制重要且必要.MicroRNA(miRNA)是由21-25个核苷酸组成的单链非编码小RNA,其主要功能是通过介导靶基因转录体的降解抑制其翻译,即从转录后水平上抑制相关基因的表达,影响细胞发育、分化、增殖和凋亡等多种生理病理过程.miRNA的异常表达与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关.MiRNA广泛分布于动植物基因组中,其表达具有高度保守性、时序性和组织特异性[2].一个miRNA能够调控数百个基因,因此研究miRNA在实体肿瘤中调控机理复杂.
