摘要 冬季占一定比例的热电机组按"以热定电"方式运行,无法参与系统调峰,使得电力系统在谷荷时段的调峰能力严重匮乏。针对这一问题,在分析背压式热电机组运行特性的基础上,利用供热系统热迟滞性的特点,建立了热电机组参与系统调峰的优化调度模型。该模型以研究周期内相应谷荷时段的有功调节功率最大为目标,综合考虑了热电机组的热电关联约束;通过分析热电机组出力变化对供热质量的影响规律,提出了求解该模型的简化方法。所提模型和方法可以在保证供热质量的前提下,实现合理组织热电联产机组的生产运行,增加系统的调峰容量。算例分析验证了所提模型和方法的有效性。 In winter, heat-load-based CHP plants operate as the cogeneration units, and could not participate in the peak regulation, which makes the power system lack of peak regulation ability especially in valley load period. In this paper, based on the characteristics of thermal hysteresis of heating system, the optimal operation of back-pressure u- nits is studied and the optimal dispatching model of the peak regulation model with the CHP plants is presented. The object of the model is the maximization of active power regulation quantity in a given period and the constraints include the heat-power relation constraints of CHP plants. The model and method presented realize the optimal operation of CHP plants and enhance the peaking capability of electric power system. The case studied demonstrates the feasibility and validity of the proposed model.
