用克拉玛依沥青制备SBS改性沥青

SBS Modified Asphalt Made from Karamay Asphalt

针对SBS分子与克拉玛依沥青相容性差和配伍性不好等问题,通过对克拉玛依沥青组成结构调整、助剂的评选、SBS筛选和工艺选择等研究,开发出以克拉玛依沥青为原料的SBS改性沥青生产工艺。通过试验室研究表明,SBS成品改性沥青完全符合聚合物改性沥青标准的技术要求,具有良好的水稳定性和较好的力学性能、优良的抗车辙能力和良好的低温抗开裂性。产品质量满足交通运输部的改性沥青标准的技术要求,广泛应用于我国西部高速公路的建设中,为中国石油集团占领国内西部道路改性沥青市场起到重要作用。

To solve the problem that the compatibility is poor between SBS molecule and Karamay asphalt, PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Company has developed SBS modified asphalt production process, using Karamay asphalt as raw material, through adjustment of Karamay asphalt compositional structure, selection of auxiliary agents, selection of SBS and selection of process. The laboratory study indicates that SBS modified asphalt entirely meets the technical requirements on polymer- modified asphalt and is excellent for its water stability and mechanical performance, anti-rut ability and low-temperature anti- cracking ability. The product also meets the technical requirements stipulated in the modified asphalt standards of the Ministry of Communications. It has been widely used in construction of expressways in West China, playing an important role in helping CNPC expand its modified asphalt market in the region.
