国产弹性金属塑料瓦在600MW水电机组的应用

摘要 大型水电机组推力轴承中国产弹性金属塑料瓦的摩擦功耗、自调性、阻热性、高承载能力、pv值、绝缘特性均优于进口巴氏合金滑动轴瓦,它具有安全裕度大、承载能力高、寿命长和价格低等优点。为推动巨型水轮发电机国产化进程,打破国外关键技术垄断局面,构皮滩发电厂技术人员在大量调研的基础上,尝试在600 MW水电机组上大胆使用推力负荷达30000 kN弹性金属塑料瓦。连续4年运行(每年累计运行5000 h和1200次启、停机的条件下)的跟踪分析结果表明,使用国产弹性金属塑料瓦在推力负荷达30000 kN时水电机组运行稳定、安全且可靠。 Elastic metal-plastics tile of large hydroelectric generating set excel then superior to imported Babbitt alloy sliding bearing in terms of friction power loss,self-adjusting ability,heat resistance,load capacity,pv value and the insulation properties; it has been the good qualities such as large safety margin,high load-carrying capacity,long useful life and low price.For the purpose of propelling the localization of giant hydraulic turbine and break the foreign countries' monopolization of its key technology,Goupitan Power Plant technicians was based on a lot of researches and innovatively,have a try at it application elastic metal-plastics tile with thrust load capacity as large as 30 000kN. After 4 years operation the result make known,when thrust load amount to 30 000 kN application of domestic elastic metal plastic tile,that hydroelectric unit has feature of operation stability,safety and reliability.
