摘要
做好长期停(备)用锅炉内部保养是保证锅炉安全经济运行的根本前提,腐蚀是造成停(备)用锅炉使用寿命缩短的重要原因之一。以福建华电邵武发电有限公司锅炉优化保养方法为例,通过分析锅炉腐蚀原因和危害,分析各种保养方法的优劣,以达到安全、经济保养锅炉的目的。
The well maintenance of the inside of boiler,which was stopped as standby for long term,is the basic premise for ensuring safe and economic operation of the boiler. The corrosion is important factor to shorten the service life of the boiler stopped as standby for long term. Taking the boiler optimized maintenance method of Fujian Huadian Shaowu Power Generation Company Limited as example,the reasons and the damages of boiler corrosion were analyzed,and the advantages and the disadvantages of various maintenance methods were analyzed.The analysis results are useful for safe and economic maintenance of the boiler.
