摘要
以丹东某热电公司新建300 MW机组为例,对一次风机耗能高、噪声大的问题进行了分析,通过优化热工控制策略、完善变频自动调节等,降低了能耗和噪声,提高了机组运行的经济性、安全性和可靠性。
Taking the new-built 300 MW unit of a heat and power company in Dandong as example,the defects of the primary air fan,such as high energy consumption and large noise,were analyzed. The thermal control strategy was optimized,and the variable frequency automatic adjustment function was perfected. So the energy consumption and the noise were reduced,and the safety,reliability and the economic efficiency of the unit were improved.
