摘要 华电国际邹县发电厂1000 MW机组实际运行中存在凝结水溶解氧超标的问题,分析了凝结水补水方式、给水泵密封水回水温度、真空泵出力、凝结水泵机械密封等与凝结水溶氧的关系,提出了综合治理方案,为机组的安全、经济运行提供了可靠保证。 In practical operation of the 1000 MW unit of Huadian International Zhouxian Power Plant,the dissolved oxygen in condensate water exceeded standard. The factors influencing on the dissolved oxygen in the condensate water,such as the condensate water make up model,the return water temperature of feed pump sealing water,the output of the vacuum pump and the mechanical seal of the condensate pump,were analyzed. The comprehensive control measures were put forward,and the safe and economical operation of the unit was ensured.
