摘要
为了提升企业管理效率强化管理机制,从心理学角度阐述了激励机制的理论依据。指出了制订可变薪酬体系;尊重员工、关心下属、树立人本观念;满足员工参与管理、实现自身价值的需要是企业管理中有效的激励手段。该措施应用于风电企业,取得了良好的激励效果。
In order to rise the efficiency management and enhance the management mechanism of the enterprise,the theoretical foundation of incentive mechanism from the angle of psychotherapy were expounded. Lay down variable salary system,respecting employees,concerning subordinates,fostering humanbased concept,meeting the needs of employees by involving them into management and achieving their self-worth are effective means of enterprise management were point out. These measures used in wind power enterprise,fine effect of positive motivation were obtained.
