Through the strict selection of raw material for steelmaking and executing the corresponding control measures for the smelting process , H & O & N contents in molten steel meet technical requirements .Single vacuum melting process with refining by refinery furnace and Vacuum pouring is used to produce the intermediate shaft forging for the hydropower , this can simplify production process and reduce production costs .
