摘要
在分析建立、健全施工项目成本控制体系的重要性的基础上,提出建立以项目经理为核心的施工项目成本控制体系,进行合理的组织与分工,并分别阐述项目施工准备阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段成本控制工作的重点及措施。
Based on the analysis of the importance of establishing and amplifying the construction project cost control system, the paper suggests setting up a construction project cost control system with the core of project manager and carrying through the rational organizing and division of labor, and expatiates on the key points and measures of cost control work in construction preparation stage, construction stage and completion stage.
