摘要
为测定水杨酸类稀土配合物在植物病害防治中的作用,采用滤纸片琼脂平板扩散法,以西(甜)瓜果斑病菌(Acidovorax citrulli)、甘薯软腐病菌(Rhizopus nigricans Ehvb)、柑橘青霉病菌(Penicillium italicum Wehmer)三种贮藏期植物病害的病原菌为试验对象,测定了5-氨基水杨酸和7种水杨酸类稀土配合物的抑菌作用。结果表明,7种水杨酸类稀土配合物的抑菌效果均高于5-氨基水杨酸,且对西瓜果斑病菌的生长抑制较为明显。镧复合物对柑橘青霉病菌的抑菌效果最好,镝复合物对西(甜)瓜果斑病菌和甘薯软腐病菌的生长抑制作用均有较强的抑制作用。
In order to study on the effect of rare earth complexes with salicylic acids in the control of plant diseases,the inhibition effects of 5- amino salicylic acid and seven rare earth complexes with salicylic acids were tested by means of paper disc agar diffusion method against three phytopathogens in the storage period of plant : Acidovorax citrulli,Rhizopus nigricans Ehvb. and Penicillium italicum Wehmer. The results indicated that the seven rare earth complexes with salicylic acids showed better inhibition effects than 5- amino salicylic acid,especially against Acidovorax citrulli. The lanthanum( La) complexes with salicylic acids showed the best inhibitory effect on the growth of Penicillium italicum Wehmer. The dysprosium( Dy)complexes with salicylic acids showed the best inhibitory effects on Acidovorax citrulli and Rhizopus nigricans Ehvb.
