结合中国石油大学(华东)办学定位和市场人才需求状况,分析以海洋石油为特色的船舶与海洋工程专业人才培养模式现状,提出在新形势下船舶与海洋工程专业人才培养模式改革的构想。

Abstract： Combined university orientation of China University of Petroleum and market demand for qualified personnel, the present situations were researched on professional training model for naval architecture and ocean engineering with offshore oil characteristics. The idea of innovative personnel training mode was presented.
