摘要
依据CFD软件FLUENT,构建了平板式空气预热器逆流单元和叉流单元的仿真模型,并根据现有资料所提供的数据模拟出两种单元的实际使用工况,以此得到单元在使用过程中温度场、压力场及速度场之间相互的影响关系,进而为分析平板式空气预热器的传热和阻力特性提供依据[1]。
Based on CFD software FLUENT, the simulation models of flat countercurrent air preheater unit and crossflow unit are built. According to existed data, the actual conditions of two units are simulated in order to get the mutual influence between the temperature, pressure and velocity field in the course unit, and then provide the basis for the analysis of heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of flat air preheater.
