摘要 从CFD相关的理论角度分析单相流空化流问题研究的可行性,提出了用于数值模拟的几何模型。以标准孔板模型研究了单相流FloEFD数值模拟模型的可靠性,对比分析了V型孔板调节球阀的流量特性,设计几组孔板调节球阀结构,提出较优设计方案实现精确控制流量等。 Based on CFD related theory, the feasibility of the single-phase flow cavitation flow is analyzed. The geometric model for numerical simulation is built. A standard orifice plate model is used to study the reliability of the single-phase flow FloEFD. The flow characteristic of V-shaped orifice regulating ball valve is analyzed. Several groups of orifice regulating ball valve structure are designed. The optimal design scheme is put forward to realize accurate control flow.
