摘要
混凝土喷浆机组在实际工作中存在喷射效率较低、换向瞬间间歇等现象。为解决这些问题,设计了带有比例溢流阀的新泵送系统方案,建立了泵送液压系统的仿真模型,进行了泵送系统应用AMEsim软件的仿真研究,分析了泵送系统的动态响应特性。仿真结果表明,提出的泵送方案具有良好的动态特性,可以提高混凝土喷浆机组的喷射效率。
In practical work of shotcrete manipulator, there exists problems such as low ejection efficiency, instant commutation intermittent. To solve these problems, a new pumping system with proportional relief valve control scheme is presented, the simulation model of hydraulic pumping system is built. Simulation of pumping system is carried out using AMEsim software, the dynamic characteristics of the pumping system are analyzed. The simulation results show that the proposed pumping scheme has good dynamic characteristics, can significantly improve the efficiency of concrete spray jet unit.
