摘要 利用FLUENT软件中的稠密离散相模型(DDPM),建立以空气为连续相、以抛丸砂为离散相的一个气固两相流数学模型,对抛丸砂在抛丸器内部流场中的运动进行数值仿真,分析了不同的定向套窗口方向下抛丸砂的运动轨迹,结论是改变定向套方向可以改变抛丸砂的出口速度和方向。通过FLUENT软件仿真模拟不同抛丸器几何结构下抛丸砂的运动轨迹,为抛丸器的优化设计、安装调试提供了理论参考依据。 Dense discrete phase model of FLUENT software is used to set up a gas solid two phase flow mathematical model which takes air as the continuous phase and takes shot blast sand as the discrete phase. Numerical movement simulation of shot blast sand in the internal flow field of shot blasting machine is carried out. The trajectory of sand is analyzed based on different directed sets window set direction. Conclusion is to change the directed sets window set direction can change the outlet sand speed and direction. FLUENT is used to simulate the movement of shot blast sand under different shot blasting machine geometry, which provides a theoretical reference basis for shot blasting machine ’ s optimization design, installation and debugging.
