摘要
介绍了一种塑料拉手注射模具的设计和工作过程,应用Moldflow软件分析了不同的浇口位置、气穴位置及熔接痕分布、翘曲变形量等的影响,Moldflow分析结果说明了在塑料模具优化设计中具有很好的可靠性。
The design and working process of a kind of injection mould for plastic handle are introduced. Moldflow software is used to analyze the different gate location, air-pocket location and distribution of weld mark, warping deformation, etc. The Moldflow analysis result proves that optimal design of plastic mould has the very good reliability.
