摘要
文中根据感应炉的特点,设计了一种新型钟罩式感应加热炉。为了获取炉膛温度的分布情况,对炉膛的温度场进行了有限元分析,模拟了不同加热载荷下,不同升温时间下的温度场分布情况。分析结果表明理论温度从炉膛边缘向中心呈现递减变化,为实际感应炉的设计和工艺安排提供了指导。
A new bell type furnace was designed according to the characteristics of induction furnace. Temperature field of furnace heater was analyzed under different heat load in order to obtain the temperature distribution of the furnace, as well as different heating time. Analysis results show that the theoretical temperature presents degressive change from the edge to the center, which gives guidance for design of the casting furnace and arrangement of craft.
