摘要
研制了一种重型数控轧辊磨床头架辅助起动装置,通过精确的分析论证及严格的质量控制,结合现代最先进的加工工艺方法,有效地保证了轧辊磨床在重载情况下主轴平稳启动,同时克服了重型工件启动时初始惯性大的问题。
The research and application for the headstock assistant starting device of heavy duty CNC roller grinding machine is performed by precise analysis. Combined with model advance machining technical process and strict quality control, spindle stable starting of roller grinding machine is validly assured under heavy load condition. The problem of initial large inertia as heavy duty workpiece starting is solved.
