煤矿区居民健康风险感知的影响因素分析——以陕西省彬县矿区为例

Perception of human health risk and its influencing factors in coal mine area——A case of Binxian Mine Area,Shaanxi province

煤矿区的环境问题通常比较突出,当地居民对自己的健康深感忧虑。文中选择陕西省彬县矿区为研究区域,通过问卷调查,利用Logistic模型,探讨了煤矿区居民的健康风险感知及其影响因素。结果表明:1)居民的健康风险感知处在一个较高水平。2)对健康风险感知有明显影响的因素依次是:大气污染感知,为了经济或就业而愿意受污染,对煤矿开采的态度,噪音,性别,相信煤矿对环境的改善作了很大努力,居住时间。政府部门除了传统的环境监管外,还要引导煤矿企业与当地社区和谐发展。

Binxian coal mine is the important national coal mining district.However,the environmental problem is serious and typical in this area.Residents are deeply worried about their own health.The aim of this paper is to examine the residents＇ human health risk perception and its influencing factors by 407 valid questionnaires.The influence factors of human health risk perception were analyzed through Logistic model.The results are as follows：（1） Health risk perception of residents was at a higher level.（2） Ordinal logistic regression was used to analyze the main factors influencing the environmental satisfaction.The main factors influencing the environmental satisfaction were air pollution,followed by willingness to tolerate pollution for economic and employment,noise,gender,belief of made a great effort to improve the environment by coal mine,residence time.Besides the traditional environmental regulation,government departments should guide the harmonious development of the coal mining enterprises and local communities.
