基于数据包络分析的中国冰雪旅游产业效率分析 被引量:38

An efficiency evaluation on Chinese ice - snow tourism industry based on data envelopment analysis

摘要 中国的冰雪旅游迅速发展,很多区域纷纷打造冰雪旅游产业来提升经济效益,然而冰雪旅游产业的效率如何?是否达到了理想的效果?文中选择运用DEA模型方法,以17个省直辖市为研究对象,对其冰雪旅游产业效率进行实证研究。研究表明:研究区域的综合技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率的水平比较低,只有黑龙江省、四川省、重庆市、天津市的效率值为1,达到了综合技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率的最优化。同时把研究区域通过东、中、西部地区进行分类评价,西部地区的综合技术效率值为0.609,中部地区的综合技术效率值为0.459,东部地区的综合技术效率值为0.424,可以看出三个地区的效率均不高。最后针对各地区效率不高的问题,提出要进一步开发冰雪旅游资源、实现冰雪旅游产业的多元化、打造区域冰雪旅游合作的结论。 China's ice and snow tourist developed rapidly,many regions have built ice-snow tourism industry to enhance economic efficiency.However,how about the efficiency of the ice and snow tourism industry is Did it achieve the ideal effect? In order to conduct empirical research of the ice and snow tourist industry efficiency,this research used DEA model method,and chose 17 provinces and municipalities for the study.The study shows that among the study areas,the level of comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency were relatively low,only in Heilongjiang province,Sichuan province,Chongqing and Tianjin the efficiency value is 1,these regions achieved the optimization of comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency.At the same time,the study areas were classified into the eastern,central and western regions and evaluated.The comprehensive technical efficiency values of western region,central region and eastern region were 0.609,0.459,and 0.424 respectively.It could be seen,the efficiency of the three regions were not high.Finally,according to the problem of the lower efficiency of various regions,we came to the conclusion of going further develop ice-snow tourism resources,realizing the diversification of ice-snow tourism industry,creating regional tourism cooperation of ice and snow.
